It begins

Part of the reason I updated my website was so that I could incorporate this blog.  After quite some time of contemplation and actual work, we’re finally up and running and ready to go.  I’ll be posting about massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, ergonomics, breathwork, healthcare, and just about anything that I think will be relevant and useful information for my clients and the general community.  So, welcome!  I’m happy this is finally a reality.
